What is the lead time on my order being shipped?
It is our goal to ship your order as soon as possible. Typically our turnaround is 24 hours to ship your order. If you have a request for a rush, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping timeframe.

Please note: For overnight shipping, we must receive your order prior to 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Overnight shipping only available Monday-Friday (shipment on holidays not available). If you have selected overnight shipping via UPS, please contact us immediately by calling 800-755-1204 Ext. 15 to ensure we are able to accommodate your rush request.

When USPS Priority Mail is selected, an approximate 2-3 day transit time can be expected. When UPS Ground is selected, please refer to the transit times pictured on the chart listed below.

When placing an order, buyer assumes full responsibility for providing correct bill to and ship to information. GermanGiftOutlet.com assumes no responsibility for information that is incorrectly provided.
International Shipping
It is possible to have your order shipped to a variety of international locations. To receive a quote for shipping to your location, simply place the items you would like in your cart and then click on the link that says “Estimate Shipping.” Once your enter the country you would like to have your order shipped to, the shipping calculator will provide a price for shipping the products you have placed in your shopping cart. At this point, you can proceed with either terminating or finalizing your order.

Please note that since your order will be shipped via our national postal service (United States Postal Service (you can visit the U.S.P.S. web site at: www.usps.com ) along with your own national postal service, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages due to multiple postal services being used which creates circumstances that are out of our control. Buyer assumes all risk of shipping international shipments. If you have any questions about the status of an order, we will do our best to assist you and provide you with any pertinent shipping information that we have available.
What is the return policy of GermanGiftOutlet.com?
All purchases at GermanGiftOutlet.com may be returned up to 15 days of purchase. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Should you wish to make a return, please contact us so we can issue you a RMA number. Email us at: info@GermanGiftOutlet.com

It is our desire and company policy to provide our customers with products that satisfy. If you feel you received a damaged product, please read the conditions of the following return policy:

  1. If you have received a damaged product, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by e-mail (info@GermanGiftOutlet.com ) before the product can be returned. Please ensure you include your full name, order number, telephone number, item in question and a complete description of the problem. You will be contacted via email with an RMA number and product return instructions, typically, within 2 to 3 business days after submitting the completed request.
  2. Returned items must be complete without exception. When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt.
  3. GermanGiftOutlet.com will not pay the return shipping costs for non-fault returns. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.
  4. If the returned product is verified as being damaged, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If it is deemed due to the nature of the product that a product of equal or greater quality cannot be substituted, a full refund for the original order placed will be arranged for.
  5. If a product requires compatibility, such as shoe size for wooden shoes, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure these details prior to purchasing the product. GermanGiftOutlet.com cannot guarantee any product that requires compatibility
  6. All returns for any reason must unconditionally be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:

  • Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by end-users; we reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing refund; any product returned without the original package that cannot be verified as our products; any items returned after 30 days and any items returned without RMA number and authorization.

However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on our website may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Errors are unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in price, or availability of goods or services. We present our content "as is" and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update information at any time without prior notice.

GermanGiftOutlet.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders deemed suspicious or fraudulent. All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. Please note that the listings do not represent the entire product line offered by the various manufacturers. Most products offered by our manufacturers are available. Please inquire with your requirements: manufacturer's name, item description and model number.

GermanGiftOutlet.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for out of stock products. Customers will be notified within 5 business days of this cancellation should it occur.
